Beads come in a variety of materials, shapes and sizes. Aside from improved fine motor, visual perceptual, visual motor and cognitive skills benefits, the process of creating and expressing can elevate you to a higher sense of consciousness. Beading can transform you to a place of healing, peace and creativity.

Jump rings (small and medium)
