Painting Pots

Regular, repetitive tasks that make use of your hands and offer “effort-based rewards” at the end could alter your brain chemistry, provide you with the D.O.S.E. (dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin, endorphin) you need every day to help reduce stress, anxiety, and make you happier.

Materials Needed:

1.Pots

2.Sandpaper

3.Rag

4.Masking tape

5.Brush (1 inch, 2 inches)

6.Old newspaper

7.Stencils (optional, you can use your own design)

8.Paint
